11월 온라인 세미나 안내: 미국의 각종 에너지 시장 전망과 바이든 당선자의 에너지 정책 전망
비즈니스에 영향을 주는 에너지 시장이 불안한 상황입니다. 장기간 팬데믹의 여파로 인해 오일과 가스의 수요가 급감하는데다, 채산성 때문에 셰일 기업들의 이합집산 조짐 등 불안한 상황입니다. 반면에 신재생/클린 에너지에 대한 관심이 커지고 있습니다.
특히 바이든 당선자는 장기적으로 화석에너지에서 재생에너지로의 전환을 추진하는 가운데 세일 가스 등 환경 악화에 대한 규제를 강화할 예정입니다. 바이든 당선자는 특히 파리기후 협정 재가입을 추진하면서 신재생/클린 에너지 투자 확대를 공언하고 있습니다. 그러나 이 또한 상원의 과반수 가능성이 높은 공화당의 제동이 걸릴 가능성도 있습니다.

II. 연사 프로필
Mr. Brian Lee, Vice President of Goldman Sachs, is the senior Clean Technology analyst responsible for coverage of equities inthe Solar, LED/OLED and Water sectors.
Brian joined Goldman Sachs in 2011 and has over 15 years ofsell-side equity research experience having served as a Vice President covering Alternative Energy andSemiconductor Equipment at J.P. Morgan and, prior to that, at Citigroup.
Mr. Brian Singer heads Goldman Sachs’ the Energy & Utilities business unit in Americas Equity Research and is the seniorequity research analyst covering the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production sector.
Since joining Goldman Sachs as an analyst in 1998, he has covered oil, natural gas and coal companies based in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Russia, South Africa and the United States.
